Why This Role Matters

Our growth relies on seamless product operations and exceptional customer onboarding. As a Smart Site Operations Working Student, you’ll coordinate between teams, manage data quality, and help scale our internal processes. Your work ensures that new customers are onboarded smoothly, smart meters are rolled out efficiently, and our data remains reliable - laying the groundwork for ecoplanet’s success.

What You’ll Achieve

Within your first 3–6 months, you will:

• Drive seamless customer onboarding by coordinating cross-functional teams and owning the setup process - ensuring systems are live and complete and required data is validated pre-launch.
• Support smart meter rollouts by managing timelines, tracking progress, and aligning internal and external stakeholders - reducing average implementation time and improving coordination at scale.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems by building and maintaining monthly quality reports - helping reduce error rates in key datasets through proactive tracking and process improvements.
• Improve internal operations by identifying process gaps, standardizing workflows, and helping scale best practices.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technical educational background required
• Proactive and structured mindset
• Clear communicator in both German (C2 level required) and English (C1 level required)
• Comfortable managing many stakeholders and shifting priorities
• First experience in product operations, project coordination or data science is a plus
• Familiar with Excel/Sheets/Airtable and ready to learn new tools quickly
