Why This Role Matters
Our customer relationships are at the heart of our growth. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you’ll go beyond traditional CS - driving account value through upsells, renewals, and deep customer partnerships. You’ll ensure our customers succeed with ecoplanet, feel supported, and grow with us. Your work directly contributes to ARR growth and customer happiness, setting the foundation for long-term success.
What You’ll Achieve
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Drive account growth by identifying and closing upsell and renewal opportunities - aligning with Sales and Product teams to deliver relevant solutions and contributing directly to ARR growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading onboarding processes and resolving support issues within agreed SLAs.
- Own in-person relationship building by scheduling and conducting on-site visits with 100% of key accounts at least once per quarter - ensuring strong relationships and clear feedback loops.
- Continuously elevate customer satisfaction by running quarterly NPS surveys, following up with detractors and passives, and translating feedback into concrete improvements.
How You’ll Grow
This role is designed for growth. If you thrive, you can move into a Customer Success Manager, Senior CSM, and ulitmately CSM Lead role - owning larger accounts, more strategic renewals, and mentoring others along the way.
