Your tasks

• Own and lead Scaling Efforts: 
  Own the hiring process for 3+ roles, gaining leadership exposure and scaling a fast-growing team (from planning, screening, conducting interviews to signing)
  
  
• Collaborate and drive cross-functional impact: 
  Work closely with Till (Venture Development Manager) on high-prio projects in a post-Series A startup to push company wide execution of key priorities.
  
  
• Fill in the blank spaces:
  Initiate processes and process iterations to drive efficiency and functional excellence with hands-on guidance and regular coaching
