Why This Role Matters
Our ability to scale depends on translating a strong Go-to-Market strategy into flawless execution. This role is pivotal in bridging that gap. As our Venture Development (GTM) Intern, you will be instrumental in architecting the operational foundation of our commercial engine.
You will design, build, and optimise the integrated systems and processes that enable our revenue-generating teams to operate and scale with speed, precision, and efficiency. This involves leveraging a modern technology stack, including advanced automation platforms and applied AI to enhance the effectiveness of the entire customer lifecycle.
You will work as a key connector between Strategy, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring the seamless alignment of data, insights, processes, and people.
What You’ll Achieve
As a core contributor to our next-generation Go-to-Market infrastructure, you will:
- Design our Performance Data Layer: Develop and improve performance dashboards for real-time visibility into mission-critical KPIs, establishing a data foundation for excellence and accountability in sales and customer success.
- Implement Agentic AI & Automation: Integrate agentic AI and automation tools (like Clay, lemlist, and n8n) into core sales processes for intelligent lead generation, automated signal-based outreach, and scalable personalized communication.
- Deploy a Next-Gen Lead Intelligence Model: Build a sophisticated lead scoring system, leveraging AI-driven research and intelligent data enrichment to identify and prioritise high-value prospects with a depth and accuracy that surpasses traditional approaches.
- Develop the "Locksmith" Sales Intelligence System: Aid in creating a system that synthesises data from transcripts and CRM activity into 360° company profiles, generating predictive insights to guide sales strategy, objection handling, and closing.
- Refine Commercial Business Intelligence: Enhance the cross-functional infrastructure for a single source of truth for all sales activities and cross-functional initiatives, transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform teams and top-level company strategy.
How You’ll Grow
This internship is a launchpad for a future-proof career at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll work closely with different teams to gain deep, practical experience translating company strategy into operational reality. This path includes deep ownership of key parts of our commercial infrastructure from automation strategy to our data intelligence stack, making you a central architect on our scaling journey.
