As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for future ecoplanet customers, opening the door to genuine transformation for European businesses. Your work directly accelerates our ARR growth and shapes the future of energy management.
What You’ll Achieve
Your responsibilities in the first 6–12 months:
- Generate around 15 qualified demos per month
- Achieve a 70%+ conversion rate from discovery meeting to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
- Ensure top CRM maintenance & data integrity
